Because clouds kept coming over I decided to let this cook a total of 2 hours, 1 1/2 of it was direct sunlight, the other, wasted clouds, lol. But, as you can see, IT COOKED! I ate it with bacon bits and very pleased with the result. The next time I plan on putting the pan inside a turkey roasting bag to create an oven environment like I would with a panel cooker, and I am sure, I will be able to cook it quicker. This would be perfect for especially the homeless who live in their vehicles who need hot food, drink and water.
