The Authors@Google program welcomed Jackie Newgent to Google’s New York office to discuss her book, “Big Green Cookbook”. “Jackie Newgent, an award-winning cookbook author, is a well-respected registered dietitian and culinary expert. Her much-anticipated cookbook, “Big Green Cookbook: Hundreds of Planet-pleasing Recipes and Tips for a Luscious Low-carbon Lifestyle” (Wiley, 2009) has arrived.
