I prefer to listen to Jacques. Julia’s strangled vowels drive me completely up the wall.
Jacques had a great cooking series with Julia Child, then he did one with his daughter which was fun to watch.

I love the simplicity of his newest recipes. Simple but good combinations. Seems like the older he gets the simpler his food has become. There’s something soothing about watching him too. Wish I could be that relaxed in the kitchen. LOL
