So I start my Official Diet today. I have decided that For breakfast I will eat crappy gross oatmeal, not the quaker sugar packet kind, the 1-minute plain old oats in water kind. Fruits and Veggies through out the day, what a pretty winter day in New England today. January 3rd 1 Serving Quaker 1-minute Oatmeal Green Apple Honey Apple 1 Serving (1 cup) Shrimp Scampi Well I’m not too happy about the scampi but it was about 1/5 the amount I would usually eat. Good though because my mother wanted to get all this Chinese Food as a “last night to eat crap food” thing but I talked her out of it. Who knows if they’ll keep that up anyway, Im probably going to have to get my own meals to do this right.
