I don’t know why other people have nasty comments,when after all the host doing is just explaining the taste of the foods he eats because it’s his job and he’s trying to learn and explain the culture of each country through their foods. No other person can do it quite well than Andrew. The guy loves to eat and cook and he suites the job.

and of course… reason people dont use liquid nitrogen is because its dangerous if not used with care, and i think its expensive. =S!!!
the only reason when one uses liquid nitrogen to make smoothies or snowcones is when you dont have the actual equipment to do it, and its way faster and easier to use liquid nitrogen. Ive seen shows on scientist showing different tools and it being one of them and ask people if they dont have ice , how would they make smoothies.
True he is an admirable food tourist. Its not good if your TV host doesnt even want to eat a fried whole guinea pig. and if you know who im talking about, Its a real disappointment when they dont try the things they are paid to try for viewers dont get to go there and try themself.
