There is gluten in any wheat flour but less comparatively in whole-wheat flour. Try kneading it a little longer and also try keeping out the oil (add butter to your sliced bread instead.) ps. i sent you a package You should get it a few days
@HarryBugger OOOooOoOh! Now that explains why I’m having problems with my bread recipe!!! Wow thanks man! Do you know other kind of flour that have glutten. I’m not a big fan of white flour.
you have to use the white flour because the flax has no gluten and there is also no gluten in the bran part of the whole wheat. The gluten is the stuff that makes the dough stretchy after you knead it for a while and makes the “structure” of the final product. looks good
its funny whn i 1st watched ur video up until the end i pictured u wit dark hair n clean shaved. lolz i have no idea y. its always a nice surprise cuz i always forget lolz
That was really easy pizza dough. I need to get the ingredients to make the dough, though. You won’t like New York pizzas, then. Packed with lots of mozzarella cheese. Did you put alfalfa sprouts on top of your pizza after wards? Seems like a good idea to me…..or, at least I would have done it. I tried making no-yeast bread, I hate it. Need to buy yeast.
@TheUrbanOutdoors eheh , thanks a lot!
you’re a true kitchen maniac bro
@HarryBugger No oil at all! I’ll give it a try! And I hope it’s a pizza you’re sending! LOL!

@MsBossy2UBustas AHAHAHAH it must have been a shock to see my face then! lol
@CearaQC Thanks, ya know that the body can’t break the flax seeds. You need to break them at least a little if you want to get their benefits.
@ShadowVampira Yeah it’s awsome….but I didn’T have sprouts when I made the video
You think for one second that when I read the title, I didn’t resolve in my mind to committ to viewing 100% of it?
That looks absolutely delicious!!

Cool idea, using ground flax seed. Never thought to grind up the flax seed. I always put whole flax seeds in bread. Thanks for posting.
