Agreed. Just watching Foxy & Kim’s old videos and/or listening to their old stuff, just takes you back in time…..lol.
No one will ever do it like them. I mean, don’t get me wrong. You have those who are good at what they do (Eve, Remy, Trina, etc.) and the ones who paved the way (Lyte, Latifah, Rage, etc.)….but I honestly think, Foxy & Kim are on a pedistal above all of them. They kicked the door in, during 96, and took the female rap game to awhole nother level. They ARE the BEST.
